Pre-registration
In order to avoid long lines onsite, you are encouraged to pre-register your admission badge in advance. Please download the pre-registration form and complete the information required and fax to (852) 3749 7343 / 3749 7349 before the deadline on 25 May 2012 together with your Hong Kong Identity Card/ Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau/ National Passport; or you can pre-register online before 30 May 2012. No pre-registration form will be accepted without identity support.

Onsite registration
For onsite registration, please bring our ORIGINAL official invitation or your jewellery trade business card with your Hong Kong Identity Card / Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau / National Passport to the registration counters* at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Please note that NO photocopies of the above documents will be accepted for on-site registration.
(*Registration counters will be closed 30 minutes before the fair ends)

How to get your Trade Buyer ID
*Please bring along your Hong Kong Identity Card/ Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau/National Passport, Jewellery / Fashion Jewellery / Accessories trade business card and visitor badge to the Trade Buyer ID service counters.
It is required to present all THREE documents in order to get your Trade Buyer ID.
