Please read through the Visitors' Rules and Regulations at the back side of the registration form and you confirm that you are admitted to the fair on condition that you abide by the Visitors' Rules and Regulations as stated on the overleaf of the registration form.
Pre-Registration
To avoid long line onsite, you are recommended to pre-register and get your visitor badge in advance. Click on the following link to pre-register via fax or email with copies of your national passport/ China ID/ Hong Kong ID. No pre-registration form will be accepted without identity support. We will send you an admission badge if your application is approved.

Onsite registration
To register on-site, visitors can present their business cards or bring along the ORIGINAL invitation / registration form together with valid passport/ China ID/ Hong Kong ID* in order to entitle free admission. One ORIGINAL invitation / registration form offers one free admission. Photocopy of the registration form is acceptable for pre-registration only.
*Please note that NO photocopies of the above documents will be accepted for on-site registration. No person under the age of 18 will be admitted. The Organiser reserves the right to issue admission badges.
